Completely Unacceptable

I have a main squad power of 21,211. The image provided is a power level somewhere around 26,000 I would guess. This should never be allowed to happen, period. It's been confirmed elsewhere that the matchmaking is determined by your latest arena squad win's power level, but this battle seemed to throw all that out the window. There is still far too much variability in the match making system.
I have had difficult galactic wars before and understand the game well enough to beat it almost every day since I became level 40. I have healers, I have a deep bench of suicide squads, I have B and C teams. I retreat, reshuffle, and retry more than anyone I know. But this? There is literally nothing within my power that I could do that would allow me to complete the galactic war after this.
A challenge is a challenge, but this is impossible. Please stop dropping RNG bombshells on players and fix the matchmaking.

The healers behind the taunter were crazy. Almost impossible to heal my heroes for the following step of the GW because of Sid attacking them turn by turn (or extra turn given by Phasma ) until i could kill the taunter.
It would help if non used characters at some levels could refresh. Then big rosters could finish the GW a bit easier. That s the idea about GW no ?
Exemple : Luminara has used her healing at lvl 8 and still need a cooldown of 3 turns. She also has 60% health.
Then if she is used at lvl 9 she still has a coolddown of 3 and a health of around of 70% as it is today.
But if she is not used at lvl 9 but is played at lvl 10 then her cooldown is 2 and her health about 80%
If not used at lvl 9 and 10 her cooldown will be 1 and her health about 90% at lvl 11
And so on.
