Yoda Foresight buff bug

So I have notcied that recently whenever Yoda had his foresight buff and then used Batttle Meditation to give it to the other people on my team it wouldn't work for them. They would get attacked, the word dodged would appear, but then they would still take damage. It still works for Yoda but not for the rest of my team. Just wondering is this something anyone else is experiencing?

I'm seeing some issues with foresight too.

And to add, when yoda steals Kylos Counter and passes that on to the team, they only counter individually and should counter attack as a team against an AOE attack (looking at you sidious...)
