Ventress lead tw question

A guild mate of mine was fighting a ventress lead nightsisters squad. He said he killed daka then one of his characters died and daka came back. Just curious if anyone is running into this. Mt lead working even if she isn't lead. Didn't see it myself.

Talzin has a special that calls all nightsisters to assist with the ability to revive and heal all nightsisters on a deathblow. Probably what happened.
