Are speed secondaries rarer on health mods?

I’ve been farmin health mods for 2 weeks (minimum 25 battles a day) and have only gotten 3 mods with speed secondaries.

Are these drop rates reduced compared to other mods?

No. Its just the fact speed secondaries are rare period. I have a couple health arrows with +speed as the primary, and some as the +speed as secondary. Its just RNG.

They have no specific rarity due to type or primary stat. Other then the fact that speed arrows will not have speed secondaries
