Better ship/character ratios

I believe that crew stats should make more of an impact on ship stats then just the crew's gear. For example, there is a guy in my shard who runs tarkin at g9. His Tarkins speed is 129 and his ships is 151. My tarkin is g8 with 167 speed and thr ship is 150.

It just seems silly that gear tier matters more than actual stats
