What percentage of mods have speed secondary?

Been farming crit chance mods for 2 weeks and only got 1 and it went up to 7.

I'd say about 2%. I farm 30 mods per day and usually just sell them all. I consider it a lucky day if I get one that has speed secondary.

That must be bad luck. I usually get one per day, spending 300 crystals per day on refreshes.

But leveling them up is another story.

3 refreshes per day for a few months... took a break to get the Vets. Very lucky to get 1 per day on average.
