Imperial Trooper Support with strong synergy with General Veers and Colonel Stark

Basic: Quick Shot
Deal physical damage to target enemy with a 50% chance to attack again. For each critical hit scored reduce all imperial trooper cooldowns by 1.

Special: AT-AT barrage
Cooldown - 7 turns
Deal physical damage to all enemies and inflict Stagger for 2 turns. If Colonel Stark is present he will assist with his Blizzard Four Barrage Special ability. If General Veers is present he will assist with his Ruthless Assault special ability. This ability starts on cooldown.

Unique: For the Empire!
At the start of the encounter, all Trooper allies gain critical chance up and critical damage up for 1 turn. Whenever an Imperial Trooper ally is critically hit, they gain 20% turn meter.
Imperial trooper allies gain +20 speed while AT-AT pilot is active.

He would be a driver not a pilot. But yeah, I like the idea.

Maybe... i think they should tweak starck a bit, to include a team debuff cleanse for his team, in either his special or his unique, so he is a true support.
