Thats it. We are pretty laid back, but like to be competitive as well. We finished ROLO, we are looking forward to getting more stars in lightside TB (currently 41) and got 40 in darkside TB.

We don't berate our team members, no one is going to yell at you for making a mistake, but we will try to teach you and get everyone on the same page so we can accomplish our goals as a team.
