How to mod CLS for Hpit solo?

Other than the obvious (get speed as high as possible), wondering how to mod cls for the best chance at autoing the heroic rancor raid. Does potency help his tmr attacks work more often? Is tenacity better to hopefully have rancor not stun him when he does break through? I can get him to 239-241 speed and generally finish it on auto when I’ve practiced, but hoping to perfect my mod setup for all future attempts. Assume I don’t have any other toons to help (true solo solo).

With tenacity down he won't be needing potency.
With enough speed the Rancor won't attack at all and hence make tenacity obsolete.

4 speed and 2 potency. Use the cross mod for potency. Will solo every time
