GK or OB ?

Typical meta squad w/ above-average mods.

Facing NS or Thrawn, GK can't cleanse or sits there fractured and gets eaten.

Would the additional defense from CLS lead make OB a better choice ? Mind Tricks effects that get resisted would boost team tm. OB can take more of a beating, taunt thru fracture and has death benefits.

Am I looking at this wrong ?

Also considering gear XII zEzra in place of Thrawn to go full rebel for maximum benefit and increased dps.

Thoughts ?

Gk is a better toon in general. Old ben is better against thrawn. Gk is better against nightsisters.

Good old Poxx, hows the guild doing? Been a while..

NS.. a CLS team would be ok, but really their weakness is IT. But otherwise.. since NS strength is that Plague, additional defense won’t do anything. Defense doesn’t protect against Plague. Best bet would be to place in Zariss during your battles against NS.

Thrawn.. a regular Meta CLS squad owns Thrawn. CLS, Zolo, Thrawn, GK, and R2

I meant old ben is better then go against cls squads with thrawn. His zeta is a direct counter to fracture. Besides those squads go is better.

Oh yeah, CLS with Thrawn. Still an easy win w/o OB if you have abover average mods. OB is awesome though for sure. I’ll be putting a zeta on him after JTR and BB8

I wasn't really looking at it as additional defense, just a swap of defense for a tank that lasts longer AND...Since under CLS lead, all rebels gain 5% tm for each detrimental effect resisted by the enemy, I saw OB's Mind Tricks either crippling the opposition or feeding my team tm to help kill faster.
