Ghosts of dathomir missing not awarding shards

I've seen this brought up last time this event popped. I hadn't paid enough attention to verify myself. But now it definitely looks that way. Both nightsister zombie and ghost received enough shards from the event to push them to 3 stars, but they are still sitting where they were. Not a single shard awarded.
