R2 zeta mechanic

So with R2's Zeta where he provides 10% offense, potency etc. Do buffs such as Offense Up, Potency Up, or Hermit Yodas buff increase the amount he provides or is it only his base stats at the battle involved?

Only base stats after mods have been applied. It excludes leader bonuses too.
