Black Market for gear

I would like to see a "Black Market" area for selling and/or trading of gear and components. Some gear we are amassing thousands of and have no real value, this would give value to the excess stuff. You sell your gear for a low price and buy at a higher price (like a black market would). This would make getting those pesky higher gears a bit easier to get, but would also add another level to the game "Gear Management" . There then could be a back room where you could do deals on your own (I'm guessing auction style might be easier to do) where you can post your gear and what you will take for it (either gear and/or credits)

Unkarr Plutt could be the owner of this "shop" and the items available could rotate with the other shops or independently (your call).
