Lower speeds getting first attack

I have a maxed Poe with 142 speed and the opponent Han Solo goes before him!

In case it helps, Sid was my leader and did get first attack. He hit the GS with a basic attack.

Judging by the meters, and your dead leader, there has already been at least a full round of play. Their Phasma has Speed Down on your Poe. Therefore, their Han gains turn meter faster.

Full round for the opponent team, but not mine. My screenshot shows Poe taking his first turn.

This happened again today, seems like only teams with Han.

Can't really tell with that screenshot whether or not what you're saying is the truth. No offense, TC, but it's just not a good screenshot to depict the situation.

The screenshot clearly shows the entire enemy team went before my Poe (speed 142).

Which part is not clear?

I am having similar issues with galactic war. Getting ridiculous. Doesn't matter who i face or who i have as my leader. Don't know if bug or some type of weird strategic gameplay i am supposed to figure out and overcome.
