Please give ability to lock out specific platoons

I know, it's a matter of people paying attention and reading and their own fault for not following instructions, but it would help so much if I could lock out a specific platoon that I know my guild can't fill in TB. Please.

I lock the entire set until I can evaluate which are impossible, then I announce it all and then unlock the platoon, but some people still miss it and I'm not going to ban someone over something like that.

It would also help if the game showed graphically that the guild just could not place a specific toon to a platoon. Mark them with a red X for example.

I'm sure it can be done but that's not as simple as it sounds when you are talking client server relations.
