WHY have the guild recruitment posts stopped being pinned to the top?????

someone would have had to have unpinned the current post that were previously pinned I am sure being busy has nothing to do with why they were unpinned in the first place.

I just sent a message to different moderators like Kozispoon, Vampire and Joker to let them know this problem, I think this is the main reason because I'm not getting any new player in my guild in last 5-7 days, because the recruitment post now not have announcement status and the players searching a new guild cannot find them in first page of the forum, these are the posts that is needed put the announcement status again:

Please pardon our dust. These two topics are currently being updated so that they are updated monthly as opposed to being a longstanding (and eventually outdated) topic. They should find a home via the Guild Recruitment Index soon.

I think would be better simply put announcement status again and update the title, is not needed put the current month in the title, could be a title without the month reference, then is much more easy for new players check which guilds are currently recruiting without be needed check a lot of different pages in the forum and without be needed join in every topic to check the guild characteristics, these topics are nice to check in a single site all the guslds recruiting and are much more important than any index, so would be nice if they get back the announcement status, is not needed do anything more
