Mod battles - speed (Resistance)

I know that you need 5-5* characters but can someone suggest what is a minimum gear/star level that might 3* tier 3? I know the better they are the easier the battle but I'm getting low on credits and resources.

I just did potency (Empire) which was easy but they're very high level as I use them in my arena, etc. Critical Chance (Scoundrels), I found wasn't that hard but I had Boba g11, STH g9 or 10, Raid Han g8, then not much other than 5* Chewie and Nute Gunray. From this, it seems getting Rey (Scav) up would be good. Best toon I have is R2 due to Rebels/CLS journey.

Is he zetad? It will make it easier.
I did it with rey(normal),bb8 (both g7), finn poe(both g8), r2(g9)
no zetas in team

I 3* it with g11 r2, g7 Rey, lv60 g7 Poe, lv60 g7 trooper & lv60 g6 pilot.

If your r2 is solid, you should be good. Just keep smoke screening himself and hope for good RNG.

@DedrickRogue , my R2 is decent g10. I could zeta him but prefer to hold resources for now. ok, I'll gear them up to g7 lvl 60ish and try that out. Thanks to all.

it's easy, so g8 no zeta's should be fine. But investing resources in resistance isn't a bad idea in regards to other game modes.
