Not Receiving Bonus Energy

I don’t know if I’m the only one but there has been several times lately that I have not received my bonus energy.
From my knowledge, this has just been happening with the 12:00PM bonus, so I don’t get my Cantina bonus every 24 hours (in addition to regular bonus, of course). I haven’t been able to figure out what’s triggering this issue.

Is anybody else experiencing this?
