Add a feature where we can name mods

I switch mods all the time. I could keep track of them better if I could name them. It doesn’t sound like much, but it may help some players a lot. Thoughts on this idea?

I mix up mods a lot. Prepping for CLS, I have to mix up mods a lot more. The locking feature isn’t really good enough to me.
