Easier way to tell gear levels

Just a small idea for the next QOL update when I'm trying to help my guild mates it is a pain to tell exactly what gear level a character is. Can we not just have it say the gear level and show the partially full gear pieces like when I look at my own characters, yes I know I can get this info from swgoh.gg but it would be a nice touch for the interface for guild mates.

The colored ring around a character's portrait indicates gear level pretty handily.

Sometimes additional information is needed to really help: speed, ability levels, ...
Lets put them into the picture as well

And you can view their characters like yours, click their name in "manage" in the guild screen and then press inventory.

This is partially true and that link does help although it can still be hard to tell on a phone screen I'd still like to be able to see the individual gear pieces and have it just say the gear level for guild mates so I don't always have to go out of game to see that information
