Need a taunter to put with RJT

Current arena team is

RJT g12 (no zetas)
R2 g11 (zeta on number crunch)
BB8 g9 (no zeta)
CLS g12 (no zeta)
Thrawn g12 (zeta lead, used to run empire)

I have another zeta ready to go. Looking for ideas for a taunting tank. Currently have

Shore 52/100 g11
Poe g12
Base 7* g11
Old Ben g9

Any thoughts?

Funny you post this. I've currently been rotating tanks testing, and have found Poe and OB to be most effective. As for a DPS, I've been annoying RT over Thrawn, as he can blast through most tanks quickly under JTR

Chopper is g8, pretty much just forgot about him after I 7*ed Thrawn.

With chopper all your droids would start at 24% tm making sure you can get your taunt nicenter and early

If you get the zeta on RJT's lead, your current arena team should pretty much get you through P3 by itself.

Chopper isn’t a bad choice because of the droid synergy.

First, if you're running JTR lead then you need her lead zeta. Secondly once you have this zeta, just solo P3 and P4 of the tank raid with JTR, BB8, R2, CLS, and either Raid Han or Thrawn.
To answer your tank question, I'd go with Baze, he's good and already geared.

Baze and Chirut with JTR, bb8, r2 works for several on my shard and is harder to deal with than chopper.

If you had GK and wanted to use chopper as the 5th, and he was already geared to max then maybe chopper would be ok on offense. But there are other options for your 5th much better than chopper for offense, and defense as well, that you probably already have geared. And as a tank, he will die very very very fast.

Old ben might work instead of chaze, but i havent seen Old Ben with JTR without GK.

I am soloing P3 haat on auto with your current arena team. Try it. Your guild shouldn’t struggle anymore

I think he probably needs RJT lead zeta and CLS IBAT zeta before he can solo p3. Definitely before he can auto it. But yeah that team should at least take down a big chunk of p3 without the zetas.

Last time we tried Haat was before CLS came back, didn't have JTR geared either.

Put a zeta on JTRs leader ability, swapped Thrawn for Baze, and moved some mods around. Got R2 up to 247speed, BB8 up to 240. Moved up 40 spots in arena today.
