JRey Leader Ability vs HAAT

Possible bug? I noticed today that the cool down reduction part of her leader ability stopped working in the HAAT raid after the tank became enraged. I was no longer getting the same cool down times for my abilities after that. Has anyone else noticed this? I searched the bugs area and it doesn’t seem like it’s listed anywhere.
