CLS not removing TM?

In arena, when my CLS does “Use the Force” it’s not removing TM. Anyone know of a reason why? I have it omegad.

? It gets resisted obviously lol.

Likely need a ton more info... but...

Use the force isn't 100% TM removal guarentee. Could just be bad luck.

It could be evade, or resist. Also the ability don't state something like "this attack/tm removal cannot be evade/resist ect"

Cls don't always remove tm with "use the force" is something normal.

I think the TM removal needs to pass a Potency/Tenacity check. Increase CLS' Potency and it should get removed more often.

His IBAT unique make luke have 40% base potency, also that g12 armatek multitool (or something) boost his potency 10%

Even if potency down is applied, there's still a 15% flat chance for the target to resist the TM removal.
