Toon gone for No reason

I was going to fill in platoons for phase 2 and it would not let me put in old Ben said I already used this toon. I know that i didn't I've checked each platoon to see where I used old Ben and I can't find it any where. What's going on with all the bugs

Was he used in missions?

If you tried to use him in the other territory but somebody else got there first, it deployed him to that territory anyway even though he won’t appear in the platoons there. This was the fix for the other bug.

I didn't use him anywhere and no havnt done any missions . I only tried to use him in platoons he was marked off as soon as I went in

Wow! Some fix! I wouldn't last long in my job, if I fixed bugs this way.
