Depends on if they are in the office or not I would imagine. They aren't there 24/7.

Last time I pmed one of them I got an answer in 37 minutes. Yes the answer was we will look at this later on but it was a prompt answer.

Like Naraic said, it first depends on whether they're online or not, and second on their available time. I wouldn't expect anything in less than a week though, as their plate may be charged at times. And if you were reporting a potential cheater, you might not even have an answer - but they will investigate all reports in due time.

Not yet but it was pretty recent.

Like @Ambassador said I might not get a response but I will know it is being investigated.
