How is he not a scoundrel?
I mean seriously he is on cloud city working for Lando. Lando is a scoundrel, but does more with the rebels in return of the jedi why isnt he a rebel. Lobot isn't even in another movie after the empire strikes back if I recall right. Unless they did something with lobot in the clone wars anime, which wouldnt make since. I don't see why he is classified as a rebel.

You are right. He only appears in Empire Strikes Back and the Lando comics. There's no reason for him to be a Rebel. He should synergize with Lando for sure.

I agree with you guys about him not being a rebel, but I don't think he is a scoundrel. He did not lure Han, Luke, and the gang to Darth Vader. It is very hard to describe what he is exactly.

He's definitely a cyborg,hence his synergy with droids,scoundrel unlikely,rebel definitely not(going by films that is,I've never read any comics).
Though he should be considered a Leader as he was Lando's right man and in charge of Bespin's security
