missing shards

I know this is not where this is supposed to be posted but we have not received an official response from CG. All we have is a comment in a thread by @kozispoon. Could someone post a read only version telling everyone what needs to happen to get the missing Holdo/Rose shards? the way the threads get deleted makes if feel like CG is avoiding the problem. This would be solved with an official response that a solution is being worked on or directions for everyone to seek compensation. Similar to the issues with TB/TW missing rewards. Thank you

Nothing had been deleted. Please post at EA help. The more people that comment there escalates the issue and gets it the attention it needs.
