Bonus for multiple solos?

I know the issue of rewards for multiple solos is a very hot subject, just wondering if there was any way to reward guilds who have multiple people soloing a raid.
For example, if your guild's total damage >= 30M, each rank gets so much extra guild currency/gear/whatever
>=50M you get more, etc.
Might be one way to reward maximum participation in what has become an otherwise arduous task of making sure everyone gets fed.

I'm happy that I can sometimes choose to skip a raid and only do my zero damage without hurting my guild. If I had to participate fully in all raids it would consume soooo much time.

I personally wouldn't want this. I haven't soloed the raid in along time not because I can't. simply because it isn't worth the time investment for me. I would have to if this was introduced. It's fine the way it is.
