FOTP in fleet store question

I apologise if this is in the wrong place but just a quick question, I was buying the shards of 5 for First Order Tie Pilot from the fleet store (bottom left node) but he hasn't appeared for a few days and on swgoh.gg the shards are no longer listed as a drop for this store, has it been removed?

The FO Tie Pilot and the Imperial Tie pilot appear less frequently in that node than the clone sergeant or Fives. You can go a few days without seeing either of them (it has happened to me). He's definitely there, I bought his shards yesterday.
