starting new guilds

I'm an officer in a guild. Our "Leader" Plus many founding officers have not played in over 200 days. Our remaining members would like to start a new Guild. Would I have to leave my guild to start a new one? I do have all their Ally codes to transfer to new guild. Are there certain requirements to starting one?

300 k credits, pick a name and start sending invites to guildless members, They need to leave the current guild to get an invite,

Actually if you just email EA and tell them the leader has been inactive also leave your player id, they will fix it to where you’re the leader. I know this because that’s what I did. Don’t waste your credits.
