Sith reworks - it's time to sort mauls speed.

Now that the Devs are reworking Sith / Empire toons, can we have a slight adjustment on Mauls base speed?

147 would be fine, cause currently there's nothing furious about his blades at 101, and even under his own zeta lead he's just not up to par these days

    No, that only triggers on a kill. He's dead in top end arena before he even gets to move

    He's also useless when not under his own lead. He's always last to go

    Run the math 101 with +90 on your avg speed set that’s 191. 20% of 191 is 38 giving him a starting speed of 229 most meta team run 240-280 speed if you increased his speed even to 120 this would put his speed with mods at the start to roughly 252 this would allow fast teams to still go before him but not be so behind that the entire enemy team can go before him once you factor in his unique he would not need anymore speed than this

    Agreed, so anywhere between 120-130 would be suitable

    Also remember most people at top end will probably be running a speed set. Removing secondary speed for this example, and including the obligatory +30 arrow, 131 = +13 speed, whereas a toon like CLS would be 177. Even under mauls lead he's only getting to 172 (131+13+20%)

    His slow base speed also impacts the effectiveness of his lead as you need to accept he's last unless you're using SA and then downclock the speed on the other sith to compensate.

    He's now a situational character when you NEED an AoE daze. I'm pretty cool with Maul lead not becoming meta again, the dodge stealth Zaul period was the most annoying meta I can remember.
