Hard Mode not dropping character tokens.

Anyone else having this problem? I did 10 different hard mode mission 3 times each and none of them dropped the tokens.

I think that's by design is it not? If hard is supposed to guarantee a shard I would have a 7 star by now lol.

Character shard drops are rare drops on the hard missions. Its not gonna happen every time

I understand that but 0/30 is really rare how are we supposed to collect and upgrade characters at this rate?

RNG is RNG. Some days I'll get 0/3 from hard missions and other days I'll get 3/3. It's just how the game is designed.
