Do R2D2 and Darth Vader count themselves in their unique abilities?

I have been searching the forums with no concrete answer so far. I would like to know if r2 gets 10% offense, protection etc from just being in the battle?In addition, does darth vader receive +16 speed for himself with no one else on the battlefield? Thanks in advance

If it says "all allies" it includes them. If it says "all other allies" it doesn't include them

R2 definitely counts himself. I assume Vader does too but not sure.

Thanks! So i guess vader does get +16 speed for himself, that is pleasent.
