swgoh unplayable with ios/apple?

hi to the swgoh-universe,

one question:
since yesterday i have a problem. i open the game on my ipad mini, and if i change the app to read in discord, read emails, watch the news,... the game ended and after tipping the swgoh-symbol, it starts new. :-(

lost an arena fight, yesterday i started the game 20-30 times.

in this mode the game is UNPLAYABLE!

has one of your the same experience? is it a thing of apple? ea/cg?
i had this problem sometimes before, the game restarted sometimes. but know i have to wait always (!) until the game is new loaded... my internet is slow and needs some time...

hmmm, have the last ipad mini. unfortunately they don‘t produce it more. like it to play with. but now...
