New phone, can’t keep my account?

My phone just broke and I will probably swap from iOS to Android.

I hear that I can’t have my account on that Android device. Is there Any trueth to that?

It just feels wrong that you play a game, spend your money on evolving your account and when you need a new device, either you stick with the same brand or all you have spend and worked for is gone :-(

Hope someone Can share some helpfull Way to get around this ;-)

Just contact support. EA can now make accounts cross over platforms. It didn't used to be that way but it changed a few months back.

I've done it several times with my wife and myself. It's very easy. Submit a ticket online with all the info they ask (Call them m-f). Only takes like 5 minutes to the most.
