cannot submit this post on Answers HQ

We are told to post all bugs onto Answers HQ, but the "submit" button does nothing and does not say anything is wrong (like missing title). How shall i report this bug now?
Bug:
This is with a 7* Tie Silencer, the Disruptive Advance (hereon DA) at max ability rank. for full fleet information, please see https://swgoh.gg/u/khorvog/
Disruptive Advance Text: Deal Physical damage to target enemy and Stun them for 1 turn if they have more than 50% Turn meter. Otherwise, gain Advantage for 2 turns.
However, when Tie Silencer already has Advantage and uses DA on an enemy with less than 50% turn meter, it cannot refresh this advantage. I have tested this out many times and every time Tie Silencer does not refresh Advantage. Also, if Tie Silencer defeats an enemy with less than 50% turn meter, it does not gain Advantage.

Steps: How can we find the bug ourselves? Using a Tie Silencer with advantage buff, attack an enemy using DA that also has less than 50% turn meter.

Bug video 2 shows when Tie Silencer has advantage, uses DA on an enemy with less than 50% turn meter, the target does not die, and he does not regain advantage.
