Where should I work for HAAT?

I've just joined a guild doing HAAT, so I'd like to start working on teams specifically for that. I know the phases are each pretty specific, team-wise - at least until you can run Zader, Zampa, CLS, BB8, Thrawn - so I'm really wondering in which phases I can be most effective and what teams I should focus on for that.
I know that's a bit vague and there are probably guides, but I'm lost.
