Version Update 2/28/18 QoL + Sith Raid + Characters [MEGA]

  • I'm sure this has been reported already, but worth noting in the megathread. I was able to remove turnmeter from Darth Traya in p3 when I shouldn't have been able to, if you time this right you can potentially keep her down for an indefinite amount of time leading to damage outputs of 20M+. This is in t6 so numbers likely inflated, but I saw someone do north of 75M with this trick. This was a JTR composition (JTR, BB8, R2, GK, ScavRey) like in the video going around. Not reproducible on every run so I'm not entirely sure what triggers it. Has anyone else experienced this?

    She is immune to tenacity down, but I don't think she is immune to turn meter reduction

  • Can I just ask what is the deal with the new spammy pop-up that occurs at random intervals? I do not recall anything remotely like this ever before and I hate it!
  • When do you guys plan on been able To dispose of a guild master whos been away from the game for more then 200 days... as officer i can manage but i would like to do more...... is they're anything in the quality of life update you guys could do.

    I believe I’ve heard this before and the person got in touch with support and they made that person leader.

    Our guild only has about 110m GP, yet we have to set 30 squads in each TW territory for defense? I thought it said that this would be the case "if both participants are in the highest active GP tier." At 110m GP, we are certainly not in the highest active GP tier for TW, so am I just reading this incorrectly?

    AGAIN you managed to screw an update.
    Keep going on the awful job there.

    We are 135M GP, how do you expect all our 50 members to have 6/7 meta teams to set up, AND still have toons left to attack something.
    We are past the point managing quality teams, we are now even considering having enough toons to fight. (6K+)
    We need to find 70 proper fleets and somehow manage to keep more 70 (or more) to take the fleet territories down. That's at least 140 fleets knowing there are only 4 fleet commanders available.

    It was clearly stated on your announcements that this defense numbers would only affect the highest GP tier. It's obviously not the case.

    Again, not a QOL at all. Horrible judgement from the devs.

    It's really funny to watch people scream that the raid was too hard. Let's be honest here, it took even the best of guilds a while to get 45 stars on LS TB. It's not immediately beatable, but given a couple months we'll have the teams to beat it. It's being impatient, not the devs screwing us over. We asked for a raid, and they gave us a challenge with a reward well worth it.

  • Is this where i go to complain about the ridiculously boring sith raid w the worst rewards ever?? 90m gp guild took us a week to do tier 5 and got the same lame gear i already have 2k of. We did tier 3 next time and finished it in 12hrs and got the most worthless gear ever. The battles last forever and u end up w no damage output at the end of it. Very very very disappointed w this update. Only good thing was adding the sim to GW. This game is way to time consuming. Sith raid, TW, haat, arena and then fleet. Been playing since dec 15 and right now is am more disappointed in this game than ever. (Insert frowning face gif)

    Send through a request to EA through the help section. They will transfer the leadership to an officer (so you if you send through the request).

  • I have gear XI bountyhunters... they don't even do decent damage... like 300k at best, and I am only talking about tier 6, could this mean that BH are getting a rework and some new characters? or they are going to be like jawas for HAAT? (wich means a 0 to the left) Give BH some love please, at least make them good in one part of the game.

    While it does feel to be alot faster. I noticed simming GW gave payouts equal to what they were before payouts were increased and diff lowered. Have payouts been changed back along with the diff?

    Well, you have to understand, it is not a game, it is casino in shape of the game. And in casino you lose sometimes. To cover the loses, they use raid gear as if you got something. It is simple.
  • I'd just like to chime in that the mod store change is amazing. Could you guys make it a permanent QoL change?

    It really helps relieve some of the cantina energy resource crunch. With all the toons we need to farm from cantina nodes for events, TW, and TB these days it's hard to keep up with mods (especially when most mod challenges reward mods with no secondary stats). It was always pretty discouraging to spend a bunch of energy on mod challenges and get nothing useful (unlike shard nodes where its a nice binary of either getting shards you need or not, you never end up with a bunch of useless CUP shards instead of the toon you actually want shards for). We still have a credit/ship crunch with the mod store updated but I feel this is a much more palpable crunch of having to decide what shards to farm and whether buying a mod or character level up is of more value.
