Arena capital ship issue with reinforcements

The issue is during arena battles against 4 star capital ships or lower, are launching more than 2 reinforcements, which shouldn't happen. A capital ship must be 5 star to launch 3 reinforcements. This AI error has cost me numerous battles, and needs to be addressed. Any info on this or others encountering this problem. Thanks.

Thats literally not possible, since theres no way the opponenent could have SET a third reinfircement. Have never seen it

Well its happening, EA anything is possible, if I could record it I would, but yea happens all the time
