Missing zeta mats

I believe my account is missing about a dozen zeta mats. I had enough to zeta mother talzin's plague ability, which requires 30 mats,
I haven't used them, now I only have 18. Can someone at EA investigate? Is this the proper place to report these issues?

You can either open a support case through the in game 'Help' located in the settings menu (gear in the upper left). Some players prefer this as its a more direct communication line, Email or phone support.
