Territory War, defending team selection UI

So, it's really irksome when I'm trying to scroll through the enemy teams and see what I have to contend with, because every so often it refreshes and puts me back at the top of the list.

Could we please find a better way to view defending teams in TW? Something that let's you view the whole available team, but doesn't pull you away from what you're looking at? Even just a checkbox to prevent going to top on refresh would help.
