Ad Disclaimers are used regularly to protect a company from FTC regulations about misleading advertisements. So let's say I have a product like swgoh installed on my phone and I see a resistance bundle. I go to purchase said resistance and it's missing several resistance characters in the game... totally setting yourselves up for failure.

Some packs were created before some toons where in game.

There is also a clearly constructed listing of all things in the pack before you purchase.

I'm not disputing the contents but the packaging, packaged as a resistance faction pack but missing resistance toons is the qualm here

So your complaining that once you open the pack to view the content list prior to purchase that it isn't as much as you thought it was for 1.1 seconds until you read the description?

Give it time newer people slowly filter into the packs and events, but like kyno said it's listed what's inside the pack before you buy it
