Guild Leaders need new features

PLEASE SUPPORT! EA? anyone??
1)we need a way to know who joined wars and HOTH from the manager control. its hard to lead when i need to be writing down who joins what on paper and cross reference it suckss!
2) a way to put "strikes" on member who don't follow rules. or a way to cap dmg in rancor or AAT per person
3) Better options to filter members (daily tickets etc.) is not effective enough. if I could filter which member has a specific character it'd be great so I can plan platoons better.= or help give people idea on who to farm.
Guild leaders are putting in the work everyday but simple features would help us greatly.
FELLOW GUILD LEADER WRITE DOWN YOUR IDEAS ON HOW TO IMPROVE THE MANAGER OPTIONS. I can't be the only one frustrated with this game
