Turn Meter Gain Question - Zavage

When Zavage takes a debuff from a sith ally, is that debuff considered "expired" for the purposes of the turn meter gain with Palpatine's Zeta lead? Or does the turn meter only result when the debuff expires on Zavage?

Yes it counts as a dispells from the original sith who had it. Then applied to him and expires again.

The TM gain from Palps lead only gives TM to the team when an effect expires on an *enemy* character...

(Edit... In hindsight the OP was probably referring to fighting against Zavage while using EP as leader)
