Legendary Events

Over the last few months we have been getting 2 legendary events per month. One at the start of the month and one at the end. This month in February we only got one. Is this to be the new norm? If so does this mean that we will be waiting longer to farm these legendary toons? If we only get one per month that means we will only be able to get these toons once every six months. This would be a shame especially for newer players.

They had a BB8 event leading up to the Rey Jedi Training Heroes Journey event because you can’t get RJT without BB8. Same reason they had R2 for CLS. That is not the norm. For Palpatine you just needed a team of rebels, it doesn’t matter who you bring. For Heroes Journey events you need very specific characters, one of which is legendary, so they release the events back to back.

Currently the legendary characters are: Thrawn, Emperor Palpatine, Grand Master Yoda, R2D2, and BB8. Yes it will take time for the events to cycle around but that’s the nature of the game. These events don’t cater to newer players since you need pretty well developed teams for you to have a chance at unlocking these characters to begin with.

Actually if you go back you will notice that we had two legendary events since the release of bb8. They always have palps and yoda at the start rotating. At the end of the month they had bb8 and thrawn rotating.
