Faction packs usually relate to events, correct?

That being said, my question is... in the store currently:

Ewoks pack - ATST battle just ran - check
Empire packs - omega battle running - check
Resistance pack - omega battle inbound - check

Why is the FO pack back in the store? There is no upcoming event that needs FO that I can see. Did I miss something?

They usually run FO and resistance packs when territory war comes around, if I'm not mistaken
