Created a Guild! How to Recruit Players?

“A rebellion is built on hope.” said some dead girl.
Apparently, hope is all we’ve got, because we don’t have any structured way to recruit players to join your Guild. What do I mean?
Sure there is the Forum where you can post for recruitment, however, your post get lost within minutes after you placed it and there are rules to the number of times you can repost without it being consider spamming.
Yes, there are many guilds out there to join. Most of these guilds are filled, and competition for players is fierce. Some guilds are very demanding on there requirements from Player GP Level to needing a 3rd party app to communicate with each other. The desire to join a big guild is high and makes the task to grow a new guild challenging at best.
The ability to recruit within the game is almost nonexistent. In order for you to invite a player to your guild, they must first be an ally, and without a player code, your limited to building allies by using them in game battles. Which is fine, except the only available allies are usually players that are already in guilds or players that have been inactive for several days. This reduces the possibility of them joining a new guild. Even after deleting these nonpotential recruits from you ally request or ally list, there is a serious lack of cycling the players and a repeat of the same ones.
If it were easy it wouldn’t be worth doing. Building a new guild from the beginning takes time and patience, however, there needs to be a better way to recruit. Whether in the Forums or in the game itself. There should be a section or ally option for guild leaders to be able to search out those players that are not already in a guild or ones interested in joining. Create the ability to invite other players to join your guild without having to become an ally.
