DN can reduce cooldown of his AOE, when he removes enemy's buff with his basic (foresight does not count)
My question is, does that reduce cooldown by 1 per buffs removed? Or just by 1 per enemy that lost buff(no foresight) by DN basic?
doesn't matter, reducing the CD by one will result in being able to use "drain force" the next turn.
edit: Correction, it could matter if your own CD's were increased right after you used "drain force", but before you used nihilus' basic.
I actually don't know the awnser, but i always assumed it reduces a maximum of 1 turn regardless of the amount of debuffs dispelled.
Under a GK lead (all but obsolete now) if DN uses Force Drain, then GK uses mass attack with a dispell from DN, then Barriss calls mass attack from group heal and calls dispell from DN, Force Drain can be used 2 times in a row.
Not a direct answer to your question, but a fun fact all the same.
