Does “elite” bonus in TB count as a buff?

Many attacks and abilites are affected by the buffs of the opposing team. Do locked buffs like elite count as these?

My guess is, that it doesn't. It cannot be applied nor removed. It's just a tag.

But interesting thought. If it is a buff, it could affect some skills.

Do you have a specific one in mind. You can look at swgoh.gg for a in-depth breakdown of the skills and they will show you the tags (for buffs) that are either counted or not.

i'm not entirely sure, but i believe that ezra still gains 75% TM when he uses "flourish" on an elite enemy.

Deal Physical damage to target enemy and Dispel all buffs on them. If the enemy had no buffs, this attack's cooldown is reduced by 1 and Ezra gains 75% Turn Meter instead. Ezra gains Defense Up for 2 turns.

Good observation ,but CLS will assist a GK "buffed group" attack. Different situation, but still a locked buff.

i could very well be wrong. I would have tested it, but i've already done all my TB battles for this phase.

Locked, yes, but the buff still needs to be applied first and it can be removed again — only by CLD himself, though

Okay, i tested it. For ezra the "elite buff" doesn't count as a buff.
