Sion and Marr at 0/30 after event. Shouldn't it be 15/30?

Will we be getting an extra 15 shards in the mail again ala Rose & Holdo or did their shard policy for named Marquee characters change?

Rose event had an error they corrected. All marquees lately been 0/30 as intended.

This is correct, not all events will have same shard counts but this series of events is correcr and result in 0/30 total count.

That is different than others and is not to say it will never change again in The future.
